YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles) provides young people, ages six through eighteen, with free instruments, intensive music instruction, and opportunities to perform on stages in their communities and around the world. In addition to YOLA’s local programs, which serve under-resourced communities across Los Angeles County. YOLA at Inglewood is housed at the new Beckmen YOLA Center, which emerged out of a close collaboration between the city of Inglewood, architect Frank Gehry, and LA Phil Music and Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel.
